How to Enter: Submit a 30-second video either by:
- Posting it on Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #Rootdmom and tagging @rootdhealth, OR
- Uploading it to your Root’d rewards account and notifying us via email.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random on or about May 15, 2025. Winner will be notified via email or DM and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. The prize is a $50 Amazon Gift Card (subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions).
