No worries here! We’ve given the packaging a fresh new look, but the formula you love is staying the same. You’ll still get all the essential nutrients, electrolytes, superfoods & enzymes, and probiotics that keep you feeling your best and supporting your health goals.

You will see a different amount charged to your credit card due the increase in sticks per pack, however your price per serving WILL NOT change. As our subscriber, you'll be "grandfathered" in at THE SAME price per serving you've always enjoyed!

Any change to total charges are a result of additional stick packs you'll now be receiving. The charges will be less frequent and remain 100% in your full control from your account.

If you're on our 96-day supply, you'll see a lower price on your next charge since you're now receiving 6 fewer packs per order.

If you are on our standard subscription plans (i.e., 24 packs every 24 days), then YES, your subscription will automatically update to the following schedule:

24-count: Upgraded to 30-count, shipping every 30 days (instead of 24 days).
48-count: Upgraded to 60-count, shipping every 60 days (instead of 48 days).
96-count: Upgraded to 90-count, shipping every 90 days (instead of 96 days).

If you are on a custom schedule (i.e. one pack every 3 months), then your subscription frequency will not change. You are still in FULL control, and can modify your subscription anytime here.

Of course! You’re still in FULL control and can adjust your subscription to any length of days you choose and any quantities. For example, if you buy today to receive 1 bag every 39 days, but change your mind tomorrow and want 2 bags every 40 days, you can easily do that from your account.

Yeah, we know that was kinda strange. We got this question a lot, and it was actually due to our launch partnerships with Whole Foods and Sprouts. They both wanted to sell our stick packs individually and requested the 24-pack from us, so we ran with it! We’ve grown up now and are so pleased with this new upgrade!
