Easy: earn points for purchases (hi, 5 points per $1) plus select actions like joining Root’d Rewards, birthdays, and community stuff like following us on Instagram.
Redeem your points for discounts, free product for friends, or even trees planted in your name. When you’re logged in, you’ll see available rewards right in your rewards wallet.
It sure does. As soon as you redeem a “$ off” reward, it’s automatically added to your next subscription order — nothing more to do on your part.

Purchase points typically deposit in 10 days. (We like to let everything fully settle before the points party starts 🎉.)
Points don’t expire as long as you stay active. If there’s no account activity for 180 days, your points balance resets. One simple action (like a purchase or redeeming points) keeps things rolling.
Yep. If an order is returned, the points earned from that purchase are removed too. Think of it like this: if the Root’d didn’t stay, the points can’t stay either 😅
