I've taken GNC women's energy and metabolism vitamins for 15 years. I just grew tired of having to swallow large pills, so 3 years ago I started on Root'd liquid vitamins. Its been a great choice for me.
I feel great on Root'd and still maintain my energy level that GNC vitamins gave me.
I love the fact I get probiotics, electrolytes, enzymes and vitamins and minerals in 1 drink in the morning....and it starts my off right!

I mix mine with coconut water, which makes it easier to take down. I absolutely love that you can get everything you need from this drink. However, I get heartburn after drinking sometimes, which could be from the citric acid.
