Wow. I wish I had tried these earlier in my pregnancy! With all the different prenatals out there, I didn't know which to choose and I really wanted good clean ingredients. This vitamin has been a wonderful addition to my daily life, I can easily mix it and O mix or bottle thing I have and drink it in the morning while I do some work at home and it totally gets me energy and also keeps my gut regular on top of many other things I’m sure I don’t necessarily know.
