Im not sure if i feel any major differences but i dont have fishy burps so that is a major plus!!

I love the energy boost but the flavor is super light! Had to add it to lemonade for a fuller flavor!

I have loved this product during pregnancy, I got it around 8 weeks and have used it since! I’ve ordered 3 times already and it’s a great boost of hydration and energy on top of being a prenatal! I would definitely recommend if you don’t like taking big pills!
