Dr recommended I take a supplement to balance my LDL/HDL ratio. He offered a fish oil based product but the taste was horrible and came back for a long time. Was offered this as a free sample so was super excited to try it. Based on follow up blood test it worked as well as the fish oil product and the flavor is much, much better.
I really like this prenatal drink. I have nausea in all my pregnancies and this has helped cut some of the nausea and exhaustion. I have energy to do dishes and take care of my 3 sons. I like the flavor and it's better cold but I wish there were more flavors. I'm happy knowing I'm helping my baby and body get the best. I'm going to recommend it to my family and friends.
I really like that the capsules were smaller and easier to swallow. There is no flavor or smell. These are a great product but the cost is higher than other supplements. If price were no problem these would be my monthly suppliments.
