I despise taking pills, which is why I needed a liquid pre/post natal vitamin and my nutritionist recommended this brand as being really healthy with the right amount of vitamins that I needed and I'm so happy she did! This tastes absolutely amazing- I look at it as my little treat of the day.
I first tried these vitamins at Sprouts and instantly fell in love. I was looking for a supplement that has Iron, Selenium, and Iodine. I loved that they also include the probiotics and the veggie blend as I believe this blend is essential for overall health and longevity. The taste is pretty good and I like that they are in individual packs as I don't have to worry about taking too much or what to do when I travel. 10/10 would recommend.

I got this in hopes it would help with my severe food aversions and my constipation. It's been about two weeks and both are improving. I like to mix it with orange juice in the morning.
This is my favorite way to get all my necessary nutrients in for the day! The flavor is amazing and it easily mixes in to my favorite drink or becomes its very own mocktail. I wish I would have found this product sooner.
