This multi-vitamin checks most of the boxes. It’s one of the more complete lists of vitamins and minerals. It contains probiotics which are important for gut health. It contains greens that can double as prebiotics. And, more importantly, I’m seeing results within two weeks of taking it. Gone is the belly bloat, and I’m feeling much stronger when lifting. I do take this supplement first thing in the morning. I add it to my smoothie by first blending the smoothie. Then, I add the powder to the finished product and stir it in with a spoon. If you try to blend the powder, your smoothie will explode everywhere. I said that it checks most of the boxes, and not all. The taste is not great, hence the need to mask it in the smoothie. That’s a small price to pay when considering how effective the product has been in a short amount of time. What’s left to say? I’m a subscriber.
