I don't like taking vitamins in pill form (I still take some), but I love taking this powder, and it's so easy. It's nice to know how beneficial each paclet is, and I'm getting the essentials I need every day.
this is a good vitamin to take everyday. the only thing i dont like is that it is sugar free i am using Monk Fruit Blend Sweetener i can still taste the sugar free in the Advanced Daily Nutrition Formulated for her but with using this sweetener it makes it a little bit better to drink that is my only complaint
I've been on rooted for several years and won't use anything else for a multivitamin. It has everything I need plus the probiotics. I know it helps my autoimmune disease. The company is amazing too. The people who work there are friendly and kind and will solve any problem you have.
