Tried it with just water and it was ok. Drinkable but nothing to look forward to. I freshly squeezed yellow grapefruit juice and mixed them and OMG SO GOOD!
My one request would be to get rid of the fizz. Don’t like that part but I also love I don’t have to eat with this prenatal. Will be using ot for my whole pregnancy and post partum.

I absolutely love how convenient these are. I love pouring it into sparkling water just enough before the fizz explodes lol it keeps me on my toes and if I get distracted my toddler loves seeing it explode like a volcano lol. overall I have been recommending these to anyone who loves convenience, thank you for these vitamins they mean the world to me.
I have purchased supplements and pill form many times. I take them for a few days and just give up because of the hassle of it all. I absolutely love this product for a few reasons. It’s so easy to just add to some water and it tastes amazing, no gagging on huge pills. Also, With taking a multiple vitamin and other supplements I always found that clearly my body was not absorbing as much as I wanted it to because my urine was bright yellow. With root’d I can see that my body is actually absorbing the vitamins and minerals. It’s only been about 2 1/2 weeks since I started taking this daily and I am noticing a difference in my sleep patterns and my energy level.
