I have problems with swallowing pills and these are such a life saver for me. The ingredients are better than your average prenatal and I LOVE that. They are easy to use and convenient. They are an acquired taste for sure. But it’s worth it for me.

I first tried these vitamins at Sprouts and instantly fell in love. I was looking for a supplement that has Iron, Selenium, and Iodine. I loved that they also include the probiotics and the veggie blend as I believe this blend is essential for overall health and longevity. The taste is pretty good and I like that they are in individual packs as I don't have to worry about taking too much or what to do when I travel. 10/10 would recommend.
