Cheat day is a perfect opportunity to indulge in the things you love. Whether you're treating yourself to a cheat meal, or just a delightful beverage, you deserve to enjoy yourself!
A mocktail can be the perfect way to treat yourself without sabotaging your healthy lifestyle.
Work it out with this Root'd-enhanced mocktail recipe to help replenish lost electrolytes in your body after a tough workout. You'll get the amazing benefits of this nutritious drink without worrying about calories or sugar overload.
We think you'll love this drink as much as we do, so get ready for the best cheat day ever!
- 1 packet of Root's Raspberry and Acai vitamin + electrolyte powder mix
- 6 oz Blood Orange Hibiscus Iced Tea
- 1 barspoon grenadine
- seltzer to preference
- Mix Root'd and iced tea in a glasss
- Stir until the frizz settles
- Add in the grenadine
- Add ice, and slowly top with seltzer
- Get extra fancy! Garnish with dried citrus.
P.S. If you’re not in the mood for a mocktail, add an ounce or two of your favorite vodka. Just don't forget to drink moderately.
