I have been on this for almost 2 years. I am still nursing so I’m still in the prenatal. Because it’s a methylated vitamin I am no longer getting severe canker sores anymore. I didn’t realize my credit card was expired and was going to have a late shipment and due to the fact of it helping my mouth so much I contacted customer service and they sent me a 15 day supply overnight just to make sure I was taken care of. Their customer service is fantastic and I really recommend this product.
