Shipping policy

Paying for shipping isn't easy, so we made it free within the United States (yep, all 50 states + territories)! 

Canada and international shipping is calculated at checkout. It will include all customs fees, so there are no surprises, and it typically costs less than $20 in most countries. 

Orders ship the same day when received before 2 pm PST. We ship via USPS first class mail, which delivers in 2 - 6 business days with tracking provided.

You can track your shipment from your order status page, the order confirmation e-mail we'll send you, or from your account. 

For larger shipments, we'll ship UPS/FedEx Ground, which takes 1-5 days, depending on your location. 

All products ship from our HQ in Manhattan Beach, CA
