Whether you're wrapping up a Dry January or simply looking for a delightful alcohol-free beverage, our Winter Roots mocktail offers a toast to your health and well-being.
Ingredients
- 2 oz water to blend with the Root'd His MULTI packet for a vitamin-rich base.
- 1 packet of Root'd His Multi for a nutrient-dense kick and a burst of flavor.
- 0.5 oz lemon juice to add a tangy zest.
- 0.75 oz clementine rosemary shrub, homemade for depth and complexity.
- 0.5 oz rosemary syrup for a touch of herbal sweetness.
- 4 fresh blackberries for fruity notes and a pop of color.
- 2 oz soda water for a refreshing fizz.
Directions
1. Begin by combining the Root'd MULTI powder with water, stirring well until fully incorporated and the initial fizz subsides.
2. Toss in the blackberries and muddle them to release their juicy essence.
3. Pour in the lemon juice, clementine rosemary shrub, and rosemary syrup, excluding the soda water for now.
4. Shake the mixture until it's well chilled, infusing the flavors while cooling the drink.
5. Fine strain your blend into a glass filled with ice, ensuring a smooth pour.
6. Top it all off with soda water to introduce a lively sparkle.
7. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of rosemary to enhance the sensory experience.
