Add a swirl of holiday cheer to your smoothie routine with the Peppermint Berry Swirl Smoothie! This layered treat combines the creamy coolness of peppermint yogurt with the vibrant sweetness of mixed berries, all powered by the nourishing boost of Root’d Her Multi.
Ingredients
White layer
- 5 oz plain Greek yogurt
Half a banana, sliced and frozen
2 oz almond milk
.5 oz honey
.25 tsp peppermint extract
Purple layer
- Half a banana, frozen
.5 cup of frozen berries (mix of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries)
4 oz almond milk

Steps
1. Blend the ingredients for the white layer until smooth. Transfer to the fridge while you prepare the next layer.
2. Blend the purple layer ingredients, making sure Root’d Her Multi is fully incorporated.
3. Alternate pouring the white and purple layers into a large glass. Use a spoon to gently swirl the layers for a beautiful marbled effect.
4. Top with fresh or frozen berries for garnish, and serve immediately.
